Knee pain physical therapy in Miami.

Runner's knee, tendinitis, meniscus and ligament recovery, arthritis. A Doctor of Physical Therapy finds why the knee hurts and rebuilds it so you can move freely again. One full hour, one-on-one, in your home.

How concierge works

The knee usually hurts because of what is happening above and below it, at the hip and the foot. When those are not sharing load well, the knee takes the hit, and that is what turns a flare into a lingering problem.

Your plan combines hands-on manual therapy, dry needling when it helps, and progressive strengthening of the hip, quad, and calf so the knee is protected under real load, not just resting.

Knee problems we commonly treat

Runner's knee

Pain around or under the kneecap that flares with running, stairs, or squatting.

Patellar tendinitis

Jumper's knee, an irritated tendon just below the kneecap.

Meniscus irritation

Catching, aching, or swelling we calm and load progressively.

Ligament rehab (ACL/MCL)

Non-surgical care and structured return after injury or surgery.

Knee osteoarthritis

Strength and movement work that reduces pain and keeps you active.

Post-surgical knee

Guided recovery to rebuild strength, motion, and confidence.

How we treat it

  • A full evaluation of the hip, knee, and foot to find why the knee is overloaded.

  • Hands-on manual therapy to restore motion and quiet irritated tissue.

  • dry needling for tight quads, calves, or hips feeding the pain.

  • Progressive strengthening of the hip and leg so the knee handles load.

  • A clear return-to-activity plan built around your goals.

Knee pain questions

How long does knee pain take to fix?

Many people make meaningful progress in a handful of focused sessions, though it varies with the cause. Your doctor gives you an honest estimate after the evaluation.

Do I need surgery or an MRI?

Often not. Most knee pain, including many meniscus and tendon issues, responds well to hands-on care and progressive strengthening. If imaging or a surgical opinion is warranted, your doctor will say so plainly.

Can I keep training?

Usually yes, with the right adjustments. We manage load rather than shut you down, so you keep moving while the knee settles.

Can you treat my knee at home?

Yes. Your doctor brings everything to you for a full one-on-one hour, in your own space and with your own gym or stairs to work with.
