Low Back Pain & Sciatica · Miami

Low back pain and sciatica, treated at the source.

From a stiff, aching back to sharp sciatic pain down the leg, a Doctor of Physical Therapy finds why it is happening and builds a plan that holds. One full hour, one-on-one, in your home.

How concierge works

Most low back pain is not about one bad movement. It builds from how your hips, core, and spine share load over time, and small weaknesses or stiff spots slowly turn a tweak into weeks of pain, stiffness, or nerve symptoms down the leg.

Your evaluation looks at the whole chain, not just where it hurts. From there it is hands-on manual therapy, dry needling when a guarded muscle is driving the pain, and progressive core and hip strengthening so the relief actually lasts.

Back problems we commonly treat

Mechanical low back pain

The most common kind, from load, posture, and stiffness rather than a single injury.

Sciatica & nerve pain

Pain, tingling, or numbness that travels into the glute or down the leg.

Disc-related pain

Symptoms that flare with bending or sitting and calm with the right movement.

SI joint pain

One-sided low back or pelvis pain that we settle and stabilize.

Muscle strain & spasm

Acute, guarded backs that need calming first, then rebuilding.

Post-surgical back

Guided recovery to rebuild strength and confidence safely.

How we treat it

  • A full evaluation of the whole chain, spine, hips, and core, to find the real driver.

  • Hands-on manual therapy to restore motion and calm irritated tissue.

  • dry needling when a tight, guarded muscle is feeding the pain.

  • Progressive core and hip strengthening so your back can handle daily load again.

  • Simple movement and setup coaching for your desk, car, and sleep.

Low back pain questions

How long until my back feels better?

It depends on the cause and how long it has been going on, but many people feel meaningful change within a handful of focused, hands-on sessions. Your doctor gives you an honest estimate after the evaluation.

Do I need an MRI or surgery?

Usually not. The large majority of low back pain and sciatica improves with the right hands-on care and progressive strengthening. If imaging or a surgical opinion is truly warranted, your doctor will tell you plainly.

Is it a disc or just a muscle?

The evaluation is how we tell. Either way, the plan is similar: calm the symptoms first, restore motion, then rebuild the core and hips so it stops coming back.

Can you treat my back at home?

Yes. Your doctor brings the table and equipment to you for a full one-on-one hour, and treating you in your space lets us fix the desk or sleep setup that is often aggravating it.
