The part that makes relief last.

Pain relief is the start, not the finish. Progressive, individualized strength and mobility work rebuilds the capacity your body was missing, so the same problem stops coming back after you are discharged.

How concierge works

Most pain is not just a tissue problem. It is a capacity problem. A muscle, tendon, or joint is being asked to do more than it can currently handle. Hands-on care and dry needling calm things down fast. Strength and mobility work is what raises that ceiling, so the same load stops causing the same pain.

This is the piece high-volume clinics skip, or hand to an aide with a generic sheet of exercises. At Reclaim, your program is built and progressed by your doctor, matched to your body, your goals, and what your week actually looks like. Every visit is one-on-one, and the home program is kept simple enough that you will actually do it.

What this looks like

Progressive loading

Gradually loading the tissue so it adapts and gets stronger, at a pace your body can handle.

Mobility restoration

Recovering the range a joint or muscle has lost, so you move freely instead of forcing it.

Movement retraining

Cleaning up the patterns that overload one area and let another go quiet.

Tendon & capacity

Building the durability that lets tendons and muscles handle real life and sport.

Balance & control

Stability work so the right muscles fire at the right time, not just the strong ones.

A home program that fits

A short, specific plan you can do between visits, tracked and adjusted by your doctor.

Commonly helps with

  • Injuries that keep coming back after they seem to heal.

  • A plateau after rehab, where the pain is gone but the strength isn't.

  • Weakness after surgery or time off, when you need to rebuild from the ground up.

  • Nagging tendon issues like Achilles, patellar, or rotator cuff that need loading, not rest.

  • Getting back to running, lifting, or sport without flaring the old problem.

Strength & mobility questions

Why do I need strength work if the pain is already gone?

Because pain usually leaves before strength and control come back. That gap is exactly what lets the same injury return. Finishing the strength work is what makes the relief last.

Is this just personal training?

No. It's clinical exercise prescribed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and built around your injury, your history, and your goals. The aim is to fix a specific problem and keep it from returning, not general fitness.

Will you load the injury while I'm still in pain?

We load at a level your body can handle right now, then build from there. Done right, the right amount of loading often calms pain down rather than adding to it.

Can we do this at home without a full gym?

Yes. Programs are built around what you have, whether that's a few bands and dumbbells or a home gym. The progression matters far more than the equipment.
