Shoulder pain physical therapy in Miami.
Rotator cuff strains, impingement, frozen shoulder, post-surgical recovery. A Doctor of Physical Therapy finds why your shoulder actually hurts and treats the source. One full hour, one-on-one, in your home.
Shoulder pain is rarely just the shoulder. The joint depends on the rotator cuff, the shoulder blade, and the way your neck and upper back move together. When one link is weak, stiff, or irritated, the whole system compensates, and that is usually what turns a small tweak into weeks of nagging pain, clicking, or trouble reaching overhead.
At Reclaim, your evaluation looks at the whole chain, not just where it hurts. From there it is hands-on manual therapy, dry needling when it helps calm an overactive muscle, and progressive rotator cuff and scapular strengthening so the relief holds. All of it one-on-one, for a full hour, in your home or gym.

Shoulder pain questions
How long does it take to fix shoulder pain?
It depends on the cause and how long it has been going on, but many people feel meaningful change within a handful of focused, hands-on sessions. After your evaluation your doctor will give you an honest estimate rather than a long, open-ended package.
Do I need an MRI or surgery first?
Usually not. The large majority of shoulder pain, including many rotator cuff issues, improves with the right hands-on treatment and progressive strengthening. If imaging or a surgical opinion is genuinely warranted, your doctor will tell you plainly.
Is it my rotator cuff or impingement?
They often overlap, and the evaluation is exactly how we tell them apart. Both respond well to a plan that restores motion first and then rebuilds the cuff and shoulder blade so the joint stops getting pinched or overloaded.
Can you really treat my shoulder at home?
Yes. Your doctor brings the table and equipment to you for a full one-on-one hour. Treating you in your own space also means we can look at your desk, your bed setup, or your gym, which is often where the shoulder is getting aggravated.
